Candace’s career started with a few years in marketing, then moved on to training and operations management for 8 years, with the following 3.5 years as an analyst for the state of CA. Charlene had a 15-year career in which she traveled and had roles in product education, leading and developing teams, and selling luxury products.

After 15 years of working for someone else (and a pandemic) we desired a new way of living - something more fulfilling. We were comfortable financially but that wasn’t enough anymore. So we took some time off to explore a new path and chose to do this in Italy. We qualified for dual citizenship through our father's bloodline, so we went for it. We knew we wanted the flexibility to work from any location so that we could travel beyond the restricted vacation time offered in traditional employment, after our break from corporate life we began exploring our options.

With a larger-than-life passion for travel, and pre-existing social media accounts that focus on travel, we knew what our niche would be. We created a blog site to share our stories about travel and our journey to dual citizenship but more importantly to help others travel. Our blog has tips on planning travel, itineraries, city guides, and travel inspiration. We have made ourselves available to answer our subscribers' questions about travel and do anything we can to help them get out and see the world.
